Brigitte is a Human Design Specialist with a background in Registered Nursing and Couples and Family Therapy.
She has deep understanding of how people thrive—or struggle—based on their unique Human Design. She knows what each type naturally excels at, how they communicate best, and what they need to grow their self-confidence.
Her approach blends compassion with practicality, helping you think, plan, and take action in a way that feels true to who you are—not who you think you should be.
Brigitte believes the answers are already within you. Her role is to:
- Highlight your past successes—the many times you've used your Human Design compass without realizing it, and
- Help you trust yourself in the present.
As a Human Design Projector, Brigitte is designed to guide Generators, Manifesting Generators, and fellow Projectors to align with their natural energy while avoiding burnout, bitterness, and frustration.
